Job summary
A leading property management firm in London is seeking a qualified financial professional to manage monthly accounts, conduct variance analysis, and provide financial planning support. Ideal candidates will be part or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CGMA) with strong organization skills and experience in real estate finance. - Preparation of monthly management accounts and VAT returns

- You will be (either part qualified or fully qualified) with ACA or ACCA or CIMA or CGMA
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Experience with accounting systems, ideally Sage Intacct
- Ability to work under his/her own initiative as well as part of a team
- Proven experience within a similar role in Real Estate
