Carriera is delighted to be working with a respected property and construction consultancy to appoint a Senior Project Manager with strong PMO expertise to deliver defence and industrial schemes.
This role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in high-value, technically demanding projects within secure and regulated environments. You'll not only lead the delivery of multiple programmes but also help shape and implement PMO processes, ensuring consistency and control across the project portfolio.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial planning through to completion, managing key stakeholders, and driving delivery to meet time, cost, and quality objectives. In parallel, you'll contribute to the refinement of project governance, reporting protocols, and risk management systems - strengthening the consultancy's delivery infrastructure as it grows.
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in managing construction projects ideally within the defence or industrial sectors. A degree in a construction-related discipline is expected, along with a collaborative, detail-driven approach.
