Your Key Responsibilities as a Property Manager:

  1. Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring excellent service for landlords and tenants
  2. Handle tenancy agreements, renewals, and extensions
  3. Oversee check-ins & check-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for tenants
  4. Ensure deposit protection & manage deposit releases
  5. Resolve rental arrears, liaising with tenants and landlords
  6. Coordinate with the dedicated maintenance & repairs team to ensure timely completion of works
  7. Organise safety certifications & compliance requirements for all properties
  8. Liaise with internal property inspectors to coordinate property inspections/inventories and provide landlords with detailed feedback
  9. Keep management systems accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For in a Property Manager:

  1. Previous Property Management experience is essential for this role
  2. ARLA qualification (a plus, but not required)
  3. Excellent organisation & attention to detail – You will thrive off keeping everything running smoothly!
  4. Strong communication & customer service skills – Building great relationships with landlords & tenants
  5. A cool, calm attitude under pressure
  6. Proficient with property management systems & admin tasks
