- Build and update the quotation database.
- Chase quotation leads and expired quotes.
- Procure materials for secured works.
- Update server files regularly.
- Work closely with the bid team.
- Prepare quantities from drawings and specifications.
- Create analytical estimates.
- Contribute to submission document preparation.
- Attend site visits during the tender period.
- Work to strict deadlines.

Currently seeking a Graduate Estimator to work for one of the UK’s leading construction companies who specialize in refurbishment and new build living solutions with an extensive amount of years of experience.
Our client is currently seeking a Graduate Estimator to become a part of their team based out of their Clapham Office.
The role will consist of but not limited to:
- Building on the quotation database with updates of jobs won, lost, or pending.
- Chasing quotation leads and quotes that are going to expire.
- Procurement of materials for secured works and factory requirements.
- Keeping server files up to date.
- Working closely with the bid team.
- Preparation of quantities from drawings and specifications.
- Preparation of analytical estimates.
- Contribution to the submission document preparation.
- Attending site visits during the tender period.
- Working to strict deadlines.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
