- Assist with the commercial reporting, forecasting, risk and opportunity management by the creation of monthly PFSRs
- Assist with submitting monthly project performance documents
- Assist with maintaining subcontractor commitment tracker
- Assist with maintaining invoicing plans
- Purchase order placement (Procurement Authorisation Form) and commercial & financial management via DLL's internal IFS system.
- Create and send out invoices, as well as confirming receipt of invoices against purchase orders
- Assist with the tracking of subcontractor payments in liaison with the PMO and finance department.
Based in Hull, our client is a leading Engineering Company with decades of experience working on large multi-million-pound airport projects.
- Commercial / Project Administrator or a Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accountant with a background working for a construction or engineering company.
- Proficient Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational skills.
