Commercial Manager Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £65,000 - £95,000 (DOE)
  • 25-30 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Commercial Manager Overview
  • Full commercial management of complex remediation projects

  • Commercial risk identification and mitigation

  • Strong attention to detail in contractual and commercial matters
  • Use of cost/project management software to optimise outcomes
Commercial Manager Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within cladding, façades or main contracting
  • Proven commercial acumen with sound knowledge of contract management
  • Technically proficient and confident in leading commercial processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be based within 2 hours of Portsmouth and open to national travel
