Responsibilities
- Act as the audit lead on large assignments, supported by one or more Managers. Overall responsibility for each assignment will be retained by the Partner.
- Manage people, including resource planning, performance management, training, and recommendations for promotion.
- Act as a mentor to team members, offering coaching to help them achieve their career goals and act as a role model for Manager-level staff.
Qualifications
- ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
- Educated up to degree level or CTS.
- Significant experience delivering audit and assurance services to major businesses, including listed firms (full list and AIM) with international interests.
- Strong knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated development of an industry network.
