Responsibilities
- Owning the Accounts Receivable invoicing process for UK companies and overseas subsidiaries.
- Processing Accounts Payable for UK companies and overseas subsidiaries.
- Supporting the preparation of the weekly payment proposal in collaboration with management.
- Ensuring timely processing and payment of employee expenses.
- Maintaining accurate sub-ledger accounts for each company.
- Assisting in intercompany reconciliation by managing AP & AR reconciliations with overseas entities.
