Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in construction is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a super prime residential refurbishment project in Surrey. The role entails overseeing commercial aspects from procurement to final account and managing subcontractor valuations. Candidates should have experience in high-end residential projects and a degree in Quantity Surveying. The competitive salary ranges from £90k to £105k, supplemented by pension and healthcare benefits.
