Estimator (Construction)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + Company Bonus + Company Benefits

Are you an Estimator or similar from a Construction background looking to join a well-established company offering excellent progression into Senior roles?

Do you want to develop your skillset with ongoing training schemes while working for a company partnered with some of the biggest names in the industry?

This company, established 20 years ago have since grown to have over 150 employees. With a turnover of £25million that is increasing year on year, they are now looking to add an Estimator to their growing team who can help support their workload. Specializing in Construction services, they work with an impressive range of big name companies within the Retail market.

In this dynamic role you will work closely with other Estimators and Building Surveyors as you prepare estimates and project costs, primarily for maintenance projects. You will interpret building surveys, quote for materials, monitor project pricing, with occasional site visits. You will be able to progress your career into Senior Estimator and Management positions.

This role would suit an Estimator or similar from a Construction background looking to join a rapidly growing company, offering ongoing training and excellent progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Working closely with Estimators / Building Surveyors.




• Preparing project costs and quote for materials.




• Occasional site travel.




• Office based role.

The Person:

• Estimator or similar with a background in Construction.




• Commutable to Maidstone.
