Responsibilities

• Assist with cost control, valuations, and financial reporting.
• Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, and final accounts.
• Assist with procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Help assess variations and change control.
• Support commercial management of FM reactive and planned works.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and attend site meetings.
