Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
• Manage project costs from feasibility through to completion.
• Assess and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare progress reports, valuations, and final accounts.
• Support Project Managers to ensure commercial success.
