Salary: £39,500 - £48,000 + Install Bonus + Progression into Contract Manager/QS/Head of Department + Company Van with Fuel Card + Pension + Holiday

Are you a motivated electrician with experience in Solar or Heat pumps and looking to massively increase your earning potential?

Do you want the opportunity to progress to a senior position with a growing department in an 8‑figure turnover company?

If successful you will be joining a large‑scale multi‑discipline company operating across the UK. Due to growing success, they are looking to expand their workforce with an aim to double turnover over the next 5 years and move current employees to senior positions.

Your role within the company will involve focussing on domestic Solar and Battery installations as well as working on various heat pump wiring. The minimum you will earn is £39,500 per year; however, as you will be paid per job the opportunity to earn significantly more is usually achieved by current employees.

The ideal candidate for this role will have their NVQ Level 3 with AM2, hold a Solar qualification and be motivated to move up the ranks in a company long term.
