Job summary
A recruiting agency is seeking a Director of Quality for a leading pharmaceutical organization located in Birmingham, England. This senior leadership position mandates a proactive approach to quality culture while ensuring GxP compliance. Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership in QA and QC, mentoring a high-performing team, and acting as a liaison with regulatory authorities. Candidates should have experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and a deep understanding of GxP regulations, with quality leadership experience being essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or biotechnology is essential.
- Deep knowledge of GxP regulations and industry best practices.
- Proven quality leadership experience managing managers or department heads.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA and QC managers.
