We are keen to hear from candidates with previous experience in a Data Scientist role, with advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL Server. You will have a "can do" attitude, to help thrive in this rapidly evolving area, an enthusiasm to learn and a true passion for data and information.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in advanced analytics, predictive analytics, and machine learning


• Good communication and relationship building skills including inspiring trust and influencing; constructively challenging points of view; communicating information in a clear and commercial manner whilst adapting style and content for different audiences


• Broad awareness of contemporary technologies and techniques, including AI


• Previous experience working within an Insurance or Financial Services Industry (preferable, not essential)

As a Data Scientist covering the insurance and law sector, you will be a key member of our comprehensive data team. The successful candidate will leverage best practices to explore data, formulate hypotheses, analyse results, and provide actionable recommendations. You\'ll work directly with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver insights that drive business decisions. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.
