- Strong, demonstrable experience using IES VE for energy, loads and compliance modelling.
- Proven background in conducting overheating assessments in line with TM52/TM59.
- Hands‑on experience with net‑zero technologies, including heat pumps, MVHR, solar PV, high‑performance building fabrics and smart energy systems.
- Ability to turn technical modelling outputs into clear, concise reports for design and client teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently across multiple projects.
- Experience with Part L / EPC modelling and regulatory submissions.
- Broader dynamic thermal modelling capabilities, including natural ventilation studies, climate resilience assessments and optimisation modelling.
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as BREEAM, WELL or LETI.
- Exposure to automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python) to streamline modelling workflows.
- Experience working effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
