We’re partnering with a fast-growing, design-led real estate platform that works with ambitious brands to create workplaces people genuinely want to be in. As the business scales its managed portfolio, it is hiring a Property & Asset Management Lead to help shape how buildings are operated, optimised, and grown. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that blends hands‑on operational leadership with commercial and strategic exposure, working closely with senior decision‑makers in a modern, entrepreneurial environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading the operational management of a growing building portfolio, with responsibility for performance, budgets, and service delivery.
  • Working cross‑functionally to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance the occupier experience.
  • Supporting landlord advisory work and contributing to whole‑building and portfolio‑level thinking.
  • Analysing building performance and supporting asset management initiatives to drive value and efficiency.
  • Building trusted relationships with landlords and senior stakeholders.
  • Owning workstreams end‑to‑end, with real accountability and visibility.
