Programme Manager - Perm / FTC

London

We are looking for an accomplished Programme Manager to lead a complex, multi-region implementation across IT and shared services. This is a high-profile role where you’ll drive end-to-end delivery, enhance operational efficiency, standardise global processes, and deliver an exceptional service experience across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple global implementations, ideally within legal or broader professional services. Experience with platforms such as iManage, Intapp, Aderant, or Elite 3E would be highly advantageous.

As Programme Manager, you will own the roadmap, governance, and delivery approach for a global programme covering ITSM, ITOM, HR, and Finance. You’ll oversee workstreams including process design, platform configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment—ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and business outcomes.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across regions, acting as a trusted adviser on capabilities and transformation opportunities. Leading a diverse global team of internal staff, contractors, and partners, you’ll foster collaboration and accountability while driving best practices in agile delivery and organisational change management.
