Are you a dynamic programme manager with a passion for driving transformation and improving local government? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to lead change through Local Government Reorganisation in Nottinghamshire as a Project and Programme Manager.

Location: Rushcliffe, NG2 7YG
Salary: £54,798 - £58,458 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Rushcliffe Borough Council provides high quality services to more than 110,000 residents in a borough made up of vibrant towns and stunning villages. Our Council offices are located in West Bridgford, Nottingham in a purpose-built office and leisure centre facility, Rushcliffe Arena.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead this pivotal role at the heart of change, offering the chance to influence strategy, drive delivery, and ensure that our communities and businesses benefit from modern, responsive local government services. Working in an ambitious and forward‑thinking council dedicated to making a positive impact, this is a unique opportunity to have a significant influence on the future direction of Council services in Nottinghamshire with a new two‑unitary council model proposed.
