We're looking for a seasoned Site Delivery Lead - Civils to join the Sizewell C project, supporting the delivery of one of Europe's largest low‑carbon energy developments. This is a high‑impact role, responsible for leading a major section of the site delivery footprint, encompassing heavy civils, concrete structures, marine works and complex infrastructure packages.
Working client‑side within the Principal Contractor framework, you'll provide leadership across capital works and civils delivery, ensuring safe, efficient progress on a scale rarely seen in the UK construction landscape. This includes overseeing a portfolio of works across major civils, enabling works, networks, and large‑scale buildings as part of a coordinated programme approach.

The Sizewell C team is one of the most exciting and largest new megaprojects in the UK, whilst being at the forefront of the UK's climate change agenda and energy policy. We have begun constructing a 3.2‑gigawatt nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast in the East of England replicating, wherever possible, the design used for Hinkley Point C, another nuclear power station being built in Somerset.
When built, Sizewell C will be one of the largest power stations to operate in the UK. The power station will generate low carbon electricity for at least 60 years, supplying over 6 million homes and supporting around 7% of the UK's current electricity needs.
