An exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join a highly automated manufacturing environment. You will lead production operations across the site, ensuring efficiency, safety and quality while driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee all production activity, including intake, processing and support services.
- Lead and mentor your team, promoting a positive and high-performance culture.
- Optimise plant performance through effective maintenance and equipment management.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality and health & safety standards.
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently.
- Manage all aspects of people management, from performance to training and development.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve yield, reduce waste and increase productivity.
- 3rd level qualification in a relevant field and 2+ years\' experience in a similar management role OR 3+ years\' proven experience in a related FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate and inspire a team.
- Demonstrated success in developing lean culture and delivering process improvements.
- Solid technical knowledge and proven track record in food safety, quality and H&S compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
