Prime Appointments are recruiting on behalf of a market-leading manufacturer based in Witham. This is an excellent opportunity for a Factory Operative to join a busy, well-established production team, with the chance to secure a long-term, permanent role.
Full training will be provided on specialist machinery, making this ideal for someone with previous manufacturing or production experience who's looking to develop their skills and progress.
- Loading and unloading machinery
- Operating saws and basic production equipment
- Measuring, assembly, and use of hand tools
- Recording quality data and completing basic paperwork
- Supporting general factory and production operations
- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, or production environment
- Comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A reliable and hardworking team player
- £12.21 per hour
- Monday to Thursday
