An automotive services company in Rochdale seeks a competent MOT Tester to ensure vehicles meet legal standards. The ideal candidate must have a valid Class 4 MOT licence and a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Strong customer service skills and a Full UK Manual Driving Licence are essential. This role involves testing and assisting with vehicle servicing in a dynamic environment.
Competenze
- Must have a valid MOT Licence Class 4.
- Must hold a level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Mansioni
- Test tyres, wheel alignment, exhausts, batteries, welding, and cutting.
- Ensure all vehicles are tested according to legal standards.
- Assist with servicing and repairs when required.
Conoscenze
Basic Salary - £33,600
Working Hours - 42 Hours per week
Location - Rochdale
Dealership looking for competent and friendly MOT Tester. As MOT Tester you must have both a thorough and knowledgeable approach to your work.
- Testing tyres, wheel alignment, exhausts, batteries, welding, cutting
- Basic and advanced knowledge of suspension and brakes
- Ensure that all deadlines are met making sure all vehicles are tested in accordance with legal standards.
- Assisting with servicing and repairs when required.
- Valid MOT Licence Class 4
- MUST Hold a level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- MUST HOLD a Full UK Manual Driving Licence - Subject to drivers check
- A genuine commitment to delivering first‑class customer service
