Job summary
A leading engineering firm located in Gloucester is looking for a Lead Process Engineer to support new product introductions and enhance manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Process Engineering and capabilities in PFMEA, Control Plans, and APQP. This role involves monitoring data, driving operational performance, and requires a valid driving license with the ability to travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Significant Process Engineering experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Demonstratable experience with PFMEA or Control Plans.
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance.
- Driving license and ability to travel at short notice.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day responsibilities of Process Engineering.
- Maintain detailed production process maps.
- Monitor and analyse manufacturing process data.
- Ensure live and up-to-date instructions documentation.
- Drive operational performance.
- Identify and implement process control measures.
Skills
Lead Process Engineer- Based onsite Gloucester. The role will also support introduction of new products, processes and implementation in the manufacturing facility. Candidate will require experience in PFMEA, Control Plans and APQP.
