Personal Advisor - Leaving Care
2 x posts - 37 hours per week - Full time 2 year fixed term contract £31,537 - £33,699 per annum Do you aspire to work for an ‘Outstanding’ Local Authority? Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people leaving care? As a Personal Advisor, you’ll provide dedicated support to care leavers up to the age of 25, helping them navigate the transition to independence. You’ll build strong, trusting relationships, offer practical advice, and coordinate services to ensure each young person has the tools and confidence to thrive. This is a rewarding role where you’ll champion their voice, promote positive outcomes, and work collaboratively with families and professionals to create lasting change.

In Telford and Wrekin Children’s Services, children and young people are at the heart of all we do. The qualities that are important to them are:
