Job description
Responsibilities

You will deliver the full breadth of wealth management and financial planning services to an established and growing client base. This includes:

  • Providing the full spectrum of wealth management and financial planning advice to the firm’s clients, including investment, pension, insurance, and cash flow planning.
  • Take on a lead adviser role for a significant portion of the firm’s £130m+ client portfolio, working closely with the CEO and Founder to transition and deepen client relationships.
  • Focus primarily on servicing, advising, and expanding opportunities within the existing client base, with additional new client introductions from the senior leadership team.
  • From the outset, you’ll have the freedom to introduce your own clients, benefiting directly from the commercial outcomes of your business origination.

You'll divide your time between the Oxfordshire office, London and client sites. Flexible hybrid working is available up to two days per week following probation. Exceptional performers will have the opportunity to earn into the firm’s equity, reflecting contribution and long-term commitment.

Qualifications
  • CII Level 4 (Diploma) or Level 6 (Chartered) qualified
  • Proven experience advising HNW and UHNW clients (£2m-£30m+ AUM)
  • For senior candidates, a track record of originating and growing a client book
  • Minimum 2 years in a CF30 advising role
  • Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness, entrepreneurial mindset, and team spirit
