Job summary
A healthcare agency is seeking a Locum Practice Nurse in Poole. The role involves managing patients with long-term conditions and providing immunization services. Qualifications
- Experience managing asthma, diabetes, CHD, hypertension, and COPD.
- Ability to perform immunizations and vaccinations.

Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team with GPs, nurses, and healthcare assistants.
- Provide care and support for patients with long-term conditions.
- Cover immunization and vaccination services.

Dream Medical is currently working alongside a private organisation and they are currently looking to recruit a locum practice nurse for their GP surgeries based in Poole. The role is due to commence ASAP and you will be working every Friday and one other day. You will be working as part of a team alongside a GP's, nurses and healthcare assistants and will be tasked to work and cover the following requirements;
- Long term conditions:
- Asthma
- Diabetes
- Coronary Heart Disease (CHD)
- Hypertension
- COPD
- Immunization and Vaccinations
- Smears
