The HR Data, Insights & Reward Manager is a key role within the People & Culture team.

This position is responsible for leading all aspects of workforce analytics, HR systems and data, and reward functions.

You will manage a small team and work closely with the HR Senior Leadership Team, People Operations, and Employee Experience teams to deliver data-driven insights, maintain robust reward structures, and lead digital transformation across HR.

The role:

The HR Data, Insights & Reward Manager is a key role within the People & Culture team.

This position is responsible for leading all aspects of workforce analytics, HR systems and data, and reward functions.

You will manage a small team and work closely with the HR Senior Leadership Team, People Operations, and Employee Experience teams to deliver data-driven insights, maintain robust reward structures, and lead digital transformation across HR.

This role replaces a valued colleague who is moving on and presents an excellent opportunity to shape the future of HR insight and reward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a small team of HR specialists (Reward & Benefits Advisor, HR Data and MI Analyst).
  • Manage and maintain job architecture, pay structures, and benefits provision.
  • Lead the annual pay review process, including pay modelling, costing, and payroll implementation.
  • Produce data insights, reporting, and workforce analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and configure HiBob and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity and secure access.
  • Manage HR system integrations with downstream systems (eg payroll, engagement tools).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing clear, actionable data insights.
  • Lead the Remuneration and Staff Report for the Annual Accounts and support audit activity.

  • Strong experience in HR data analytics, reward, and systems management.
  • High levels of data literacy, with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills (essential).
  • Proven experience with data visualisation and workforce planning tools (essential).
  • Experience with Power BI (desirable).
  • Knowledge of HiBob or similar HR systems (advantageous).
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for automation and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
