Skills
Join the clerical team in Radiology, responsible for appointment bookings and handling patient enquiries primarily by telephone, with occasional in‑person interactions. The role includes general reception duties as needed and ensures the highest level of customer care for patients and staff visiting the department.
- Book appointments and manage the Radiology Diagnostic Booking Centre schedule.
- Provide reception support, greeting patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, ensuring accurate information exchange.
- Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy in all patient records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer and keyboard skills with knowledge of IT systems.
- Experience with appointment booking and reception duties is desirable; full training will be provided.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a large team and adapt to flexible scheduling.
Based at Epsom Hospital (Radiology Diagnostic Booking Centre). The role may require occasional travel to St Helier Hospital. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday.
