Are you an experienced Refrigeration Engineer looking for a stable, days-based role with an established manufacturing business? We're recruiting for a skilled engineer to join our team in Ipswich, Suffolk, supporting a busy production environment and ensuring our refrigeration and cooling systems operate at peak performance.
- Maintain, service, and repair refrigeration and cooling plant across the manufacturing site
- Diagnose faults and carry out preventative and reactive maintenance
- Support continuous improvement and reliability of equipment
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer in industrial or commercial environments
- Relevant qualifications (FGAS / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent)
- Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of maintenance procedures within a manufacturing setting
- £40,000 annual salary
