A leading integrated Wealth Manager organisation is seeking to add an experienced financial planner to their team in Berkshire.

They are looking for candidates who are Chartered (or very close to achieving this). This role primarily focuses on new business development and cultivating professional connections. You must embrace networking (both internally and externally) to foster long-term, trusting relationships, ultimately ensuring your clients receive the best professional services and support.

This role offers a clear career pathway to Partner level, which can lead to exceptionally strong earning potential. The starting salary is up to approximately £100,000 basic, and you will work with highly experienced and successful peers who will mentor you and help develop your career to your desired level.

You will also benefit from full back-office and paraplanning support, allowing you to focus on your core strengths.
