We are seeking passionate and experienced transport planning professionals to join our team. If you have between three to eight years of experience in transport development planning—whether in consultancy or a local authority—we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong understanding of transport planning principles
• Excellent presentation and technical writing skills
• Ability to manage your own workload and meet project deadlinesExperience collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of development projects, including
• Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Technical Expertise:

• Experience preparing and reviewing key transport planning documents, such as:
• Transport AssessmentsTravel PlansEnvironmental Statement Chapters
• Proficiency in using Junctions 10 and LinSig software
• Knowledge of highway design standards, including MfS, DMRB, LTN1/20, Active Travel England, and Healthy Streets
• Ability to engage in business development, build client relationships, and support negotiations with Highway Authorities
• Experience preparing fee proposals and managing project budgets
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior team members
