Experienced Cover Supervisor – Full-time position with a September 2025 start in Worcester. Salary: £90-£120 per full day (depending on experience).

TeacherActive are looking for Cover Supervisors to assist with general cover in a mainstream secondary school in Worcester.

• Supervise a classroom of around 30-32 students while they complete pre-prepared work when their current teacher is absent.
• Take registers and record any absences.
• Keep students on task and ensure work is completed.
• Ensure student safety and maintain a tidy classroom.
• Demonstrate strong behavioural and classroom management skills.

The school is looking for an experienced, proactive and reliable Cover Supervisor to join after the February half term break until April, with the possibility of extension.

Working hours align with school hours (8:30-15:30).

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Over 12 months experience working as a Cover Supervisor.
• Ability to cover a variety of subjects.
• Passion for working in education.
• Self-motivated and able to commit to school hours.

All our supply staff are paid weekly on a PAYE basis, ensuring correct tax and National Insurance without admin charges.
