Due to the exciting expansion in manifestation and growth we are happily experiencing, the Technical Support Team is looking for a Technical Training Instructor. As the Technical Training Instructor, you will report to the Director of Information Technology. Your role will involve delivering cloud technology education and training, focusing on coaching fellow team members and department teams on cloud services, big data storage and analytics, and platform troubleshooting and incident management. You should be passionate about your contribution to the organization. This position requires direct feedback and consultation with development engineers on problem resolution.
Required Skills:
- Experience in training through the effective transfer of knowledge, skills, and tools to enable trainees to improve data management and reliability.
- Ability to deliver quality training through classroom sessions, e-learning, and other methods, ensuring an optimal learning environment.
- Develop and maintain detailed service account plans and assist teams in establishing course delivery priorities.
- Manage multiple team plans and tactical needs across different time zones, cultures, and languages.
Technical Experience:
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery/JSON, PHP5, SQL (MySQL), and desired Scala.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 6 years related experience.
Communication:
- Effective communication skills to identify needs and evaluate technical solutions.
- Proactive in increasing organizational satisfaction and building relationships.
- Ability to facilitate team meetings, communicate sensitive information tactfully, and deliver engaging presentations.
- Timely issue resolution and escalation.
Teamwork:
- Facilitate effective team interactions and recognize contributions.
- Utilize team members' potential effectively.
