- 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food sector.
- Understanding of safety systems, auditing, and compliance.
- Associate or Technical IOSH membership or working towards it.
Responsibilities
- Investigate incidents and identify improvements.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Coach managers and supervisors on health and safety responsibilities.
- Drive safety campaigns and continuous improvement projects.

Monday- Friday 08.30 - 17.00
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (EQF Level 4)
- 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment (food preferred)
- Associate or Technical IOSH membership (or working towards it)
- Understanding of safety systems, auditing, and legislative compliance
- Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for keeping people safe
