About the Role

We're looking for a Senior BIM Specialist to join our Reading office. You'll lead BIM delivery across multidisciplinary projects, managing model setup, coordination, and quality control. Working closely with engineers and consultants, you'll ensure all outputs meet project and industry standards while mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination and modelling from concept to tender.
• Maintain model health and produce clash detection reports.
• Review BIM documentation and ensure deliverables meet required standards.
• Support junior staff through mentoring and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
