A leading healthcare provider in Cambridge seeks an experienced clinical pharmacist to lead on antimicrobial stewardship initiatives. This pivotal role focuses on improving patient outcomes and collaborating with clinical teams on prescribing practices. We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced clinical pharmacist to join the dynamic antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) team and lead on Trust-wide initiatives to optimise antimicrobial use, improve patient outcomes, and support national infection management priorities.
This leadership role is pivotal in driving AMS initiatives across the organisation, supporting safe and effective antimicrobial use, and contributing to national priorities in infection management.
