Overview of the role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team in St. Ives, Cambridge.

The pharmacy is situated within a vibrant community, close to local shops and a GP surgery, with which we maintain excellent relationships. It offers a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development and strong commercial prospects, working alongside a growing team.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• Dispenses approximately 6,000 to 6,500 items monthly
• Provides all NHS services
• Dispenses 15 to 20 community blisters

This is a full-time, 12-month maternity cover contract.

The team comprises three experienced members.

The Ideal Candidate

The candidate should hold an MPharm degree or equivalent. Management experience is desirable but not essential. GPhC registration must be active upon start date.

You will be supported by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager through regular visits.

Our pharmacies are equipped with advanced technologies, including new PMR systems and centralized dispensing, to enable you to focus on delivering quality care.

We prioritize mental health and wellbeing, with all field managers trained in Mental Health Awareness to better support our team members.
