Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered pharmacist with GPhC.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Specialist knowledge in rheumatology or dermatology.
- Ability to demonstrate competency in all domains of the General Level Framework.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services to rheumatology and dermatology teams.
- Supervise pharmacists during their rotations.
- Lead medicines optimisation and validate targeted therapies.
- Monitor medication use and ensure safety in line with Trust policy.
