Job summary
A leading GP practice in Coventry is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join their dynamic team. This full-time role offers flexible hours and a competitive salary package based on experience. The ideal candidate will provide medicines management, conduct structured medication reviews, and participate in multidisciplinary work, contributing to service improvements within the practice. Candidates must be registered with GPhC and possess essential knowledge of various medical conditions.
Qualifications
- Must be on a CPPE Pathway course or already qualified.
- Must be registered with GPhC.
- Essential knowledge of common acute and long-term conditions.
- Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-driven environment.
