Job summary
A primary care network in the UK is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver structured medication reviews and provide clinical advice within a multidisciplinary team. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers flexibility between employed and self-employed options, requiring strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy and the ability to work independently. Applicants should hold an MPharm degree and be registered with the GPhC, with experience in primary care and managing long-term conditions. Competitive salary based on experience.
Qualifications
- Registered pharmacist with GPhC.
- Evidence of continued professional development relevant to clinical pharmacy practice.
- Experience providing clinical pharmacy services in primary care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Structured Medication Reviews for patients.
- Provide clinical medication advice to GPs and nurses.
- Support long-term condition management including diabetes and hypertension.
