As the Multi Brand Manager , your responsibilities will include :

• Strategy & Integration : Align digital brand content across markets for quality and consistency, embed MCM strategy locally, and advise Brand and Digital Managers on long-term growth strategies.
• Digital Transformation : Lead digital transformation by integrating cutting‑edge initiatives into Commercial Operating Plans and inspiring teams to adopt innovative practices.
• Trend Adaptation : Stay updated on digital trends, translating emerging technologies into actionable insights to benefit LEO Pharma’s brands.
• Capability Building : Strengthen digital expertise within regional brand teams through workshops, cross‑functional collaboration, and executional excellence.
• Data-Driven Insights : Define and monitor KPIs to measure omnichannel activities, optimize content, refine strategies, and improve customer engagement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Foster partnerships across LEO Pharma and collaborate with internal and external teams to share best practices and achieve aligned objectives.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications :

• Proven experience with multichannel marketing in the pharmaceutical industry at a regional and / or global level.
• Technical fluency with digital engagement tools (e.g., Veeva, marketing automation systems, web tracking).
• Cross‑functional leadership and project management expertise, with the ability to manage complexity across markets.
• Financial acumen and experience with budget management tied to strategic targets.
• Advanced understanding of healthcare professional (HCP) engagement preferences.
• Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to inform strategy and tactics.
• Proven ability to think big‑picture and deliver long‑term strategies.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding performance goals.
• Clear and effective in engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding and commitment to meeting HCP needs.
• Courageous and proactive in cultivating innovative practices.
