We have a fantastic opportunity for a German speaking Recruitment Consultant to join a progressive, international recruitment agency specializing in life sciences and medical industries. Your role will involve working with companies across the German-speaking regions of Europe (DACH), understanding their hiring needs, and building relationships with scientific professionals.

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire (office-based 2 days/week, with remote/hybrid options available)

Language requirements: Fluency in German and English is essential; French is a plus but not necessary.

Our client is an international recruitment agency focusing on life sciences and medical industries.

• Manage accounts within the life science and medical sector, focusing on the DACH region
• Achieve individual and team targets
• Conduct face-to-face and telephone interviews
• Attend industry events and exhibitions
• Participate in client meetings and pitches
• Maintain and establish client and candidate contacts
• Support candidate consulting and communication efforts

• Fluency in English and German; French is advantageous
• Graduate in life sciences, related sciences, or business studies
• Sales or recruitment experience is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and relationship-building skills
• Basic understanding of medical or life science terminology preferred

Basic salary ranges from £28,000 (graduate level) to £35,000 (experienced), with uncapped commissions potentially earning £50,000+.
