Essential Criteria
  • Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, email, internet research).
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
  • Driven by results and motivated by targets or goals.
  • Comfortable speaking with new people (face‑to‑face or on the phone)
