• Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with at least 6 years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied contentious probate caseload to include, contesting the validity of Wills, Inheritance disputes, Trustee disputes and Estate disputes.
• You will be a confident business developer and promote the team and firm within the Kent market.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
