My client is a director of a very successful multiple practice in the Bognor Regis area with their main focus is and always been the quality of the customer journey and with this in mind they now require a newly qualified optometrist who can grow with the practice
They have a close knit feel and care all working towards keeping up the success of the practice.

This is a full time opportunity with a market leading opticians in a prime location in the Bognor Regis area.

• The role will be delivering comprehensive eye tests to a high standard with some contact lens work undertaken.
• You will be expected to make recommendations to patients and complete professional and accurate handovers to the support team.
• Use state-of-the-art equipment to deliver expert advice on eye health and support the dispensing of high-quality lenses and frames.
• Work collaboratively with the team to uphold the practice’s ethos of outstanding customer service.
• Be a friendly and approachable professional who values teamwork and strives for excellence.

• You will be GOC registered and full CET accredited and happy to test to 20-25 minutes and have sound clinical skills and strong commercial awareness.
• They are open to any levels of experience as it is more about your commercial awareness and clinical skills.
• You will have a friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic.
• A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

• My client is offering a competitive salary of up to £80,000 package
• A monthly bonus (Approx £300 to £500)
• Paid GOC fees
• 5 weeks holiday
• Working with a director who is also an Optometrist and happy to help you to progress
• Team days out including drinks and meals and christmas parties aswell
• You will also have the opportunity for ongoing personal development.
