About the Opportunity

- Deliver exceptional, safe, and compassionate care to critically ill patients
- Manage ventilators, infusions, and advanced monitoring equipment
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and respond to rapid changes in condition
- Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to plan and implement care
- Administer medications, including IV therapies, safely and accurately
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in emergency responses and follow ICU protocols
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safeguarding, and professional standards
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Minimum 6 months recent ICU / ITU experience (within the last 2 years)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical care skills
- Confident in using ICU equipment (ventilators, pumps, monitors)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Up-to-date compliance (DBS, training, immunisations) – support available
- Right to work in the UK
