Personal Health Care Assistant position to support an individual employer who uses NHS funds. The role involves helping to enable independent living at home in Herne with the employer's family. Sponsorship is not available. The successful applicant will work with the employer in a home-based setting.

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities (washing, toileting, dressing, meals).
• Assist with trips to hospital, shopping, and trips to places the employer likes to visit.
• Support with various healthcare tasks as required; training will be provided.
• Be reliable, flexible, and willing to learn; prior care experience is preferred but not essential.
• Carry out duties in accordance with Safer Recruitment practices and safeguarding requirements.

• Reliable, flexible, and motivated to work in the care sector.
• Desire to learn and develop in the role; ability to adapt to the employer’s needs.
• Ability to drive is preferred but not essential.
• Hours: 12-hour shifts on a rota; 3 shifts per week from 9:30am to 9:30pm and 9:30pm to 9:30am.
• Right to live and work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
