Bleep360 nursing agency is recruiting experienced Band 5 Intensive Care Nurses (ICU / ITU) to support our NHS hospitals. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a high-acuity, technologically advanced environment and want the flexibility that agency work provides.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional, safe, and compassionate care to critically ill patients
  • Manage ventilators, infusions, and advanced monitoring equipment
  • Conduct detailed patient assessments and respond to rapid changes in condition
  • Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to plan and implement care
  • Administer medications, including IV therapies, safely and accurately
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in emergency responses and follow ICU protocols
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safeguarding, and professional standards
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
  • Minimum 6 months recent ICU / ITU experience (within the last 2 years)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical care skills
  • Confident in using ICU equipment (ventilators, pumps, monitors)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Up-to-date compliance (DBS, training, immunisations) – support available
  • Right to work in the UK
