About the job

Are you passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a talent for guiding clients through complex processes while leveraging tools like Salesforce to drive success? We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive with a focus on Customer Success to support and grow partnerships in a rapidly expanding property and hospitality sector.

This role is offered as a fixed-term 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent based on performance and business needs.

As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be on Customer Success—guiding clients through their onboarding journey and ensuring their success at every step. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and strong relationships.
  • Leading clients through onboarding processes, ensuring they are fully set up and supported.
  • Utilizing Salesforce and other tools to track progress, manage accounts, and optimize workflows.
  • Collaborating closely with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Troubleshooting issues and proactively addressing concerns to enhance the client experience.
  • Monitoring client progress and following up to ensure key milestones are achieved.
  • Meet calling and multitouch outreach KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to refine and implement best practices.
  • Manage a pipeline of high-value prospects, ensuring consistent progress toward goals.
  • Work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals

What do we look for?

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role.
  • Strong background in hospitality, property management, or related industries.
  • Expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with customer success tools and systems.
  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • A track record of meeting goals and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Goal-orientated and self motivated.
  • Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.
