A nursery provider in Cambridge is seeking a Room Leader for the preschool room who possesses a minimum Level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to EYFS standards, maintain cleanliness, and foster a positive team environment. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, and previous experience in nursery management. The salary offered is £34,320 per year, along with benefits such as a company pension and on-site parking.

Formation
We are seeking a Room leader for the pre school room. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification as well as previous experience as a room lead or nursery practitioner.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adhere to the health and safety of all children in the room.
- Ensure the room is well managed and children's development is supported accordingly by working to the EYFS standards.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
Pay: £34,320 per year
