A leading NHS trust in the UK is seeking an experienced healthcare assistant to support patients in daily activities within a multidisciplinary team. Tasks include assisting with mobility, maintaining patient well-being, and managing safety equipment. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate approach and a commitment to patient care. Tudor Court is a 24 bedded unenhanced Intermediate Care Unit medical for patients who require reablement and rehabilitation. The Unit is staffed by Unregistered Team Leaders and Health Care Assistants. There is also a dedicated therapy team who work collaboratively with the care staff.
All posts are rotational and you will be required to work days/nights/weekends and Bank Holidays.
Changes to the UK immigration policy introduced on 9 April 2025 increased the minimum salary threshold for certificates of sponsorship applications for Health and Care Worker Visa from £23,200 (£11.90 per hour) to £25,000 (£12.82 per hour).
